Your Initial Role: Household Assistant (First 8-10 Weeks)
During your initial phase, you'll familiarize yourself with our daily operations, patients, and core values.
Your Responsibilities:
Assist with cleaning, laundry, and shopping
Help patients with daily tasks
Build trust and strong relationships
Learn our quality standards and team structure
Conduct introductory conversations with new patients
Network with social institutions, medical practices, and local partners
Distribute flyers and informational material in the area
Establish and maintain regional contacts
Support in expanding our patient base
Your involvement will lay the groundwork for your next step.
Your Growth: Team Leadership in Your Own Team
After successful onboarding, you’ll transition into your leadership role.
Your Additional Responsibilities as Team Leader:
Team planning and coordination
Onboarding new colleagues
Act as a link between the team, administration, and patients
Ensure long-term, reliable care
You lead from the front lines, not from behind a desk.
Your Compensation – Fair & Transparent
Initial Phase (Minijob, 8–10 Weeks):
15 €/hour base pay
3 €/hour appreciation bonus
As Team Leader:
15 €/hour base pay
3 €/hour appreciation bonus
3 €/hour team leadership bonus
We visibly reward responsibility.
Distance allowance of €0.30 per kilometer.
