Join PeakMade as a Housekeeper, where your main responsibility will be to ensure resident satisfaction through the upkeep and cleanliness of our community and its units. This role encompasses a variety of housekeeping duties that contribute to maintaining our community at its finest.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare vacant units for new occupancy when needed while maintaining a professional appearance.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the leasing office, amenity spaces, laundry facilities, and other common areas as scheduled by the Property Manager.
- Keep precise records of inventory, supplies, and equipment owned by the property or Peak.
- Respond promptly and courteously to resident inquiries and management requests.
- Comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
- Prior experience in various housekeeping functions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic literacy skills to execute essential job functions.
- A genuine desire to meet the needs of our residents and community.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- A positive attitude and respect for your team, residents, and vendors.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be capable of lifting and moving up to 75 pounds, including garbage bags and assisting maintenance personnel with essential tasks. Frequent bending and/or stooping is required when disposing of debris and trash from units. Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools is essential.
