Key Responsibilities:
Lead & Inspire: Oversee and motivate the housekeeping staff, ensuring operational efficiency and superior cleanliness.
Quality Control: Perform inspections to uphold cleanliness standards, ensuring that all rooms and common areas are in pristine condition for guests.
Training & Development: Offer practical training and support to housekeeping team members.
Guest Experience: Address guest inquiries with a positive approach, guaranteeing a memorable stay.
Operational Management: Organize schedules, delegate tasks, and coordinate housekeeping operations.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within hospitality, such as Housekeeping Supervisor or Housekeeping Inspector.
Proven leadership and team management abilities—you're a natural motivator and problem-solver!
Familiarity with housekeeping protocols, cleaning methods, and equipment usage.
Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively liaise with guests and team members.
Experience with housekeeping management software is a bonus!
