This role is based in Kraków, Poland, where you will support local HR operations while also remotely managing offboarding, leave management, and employee lifecycle changes across various countries in the EMEA region. The position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders and HR teams across borders in a virtual environment.
Your Role
As an HR Advisor, you will be the go-to expert for HR-related inquiries, particularly focusing on offboarding, leave management, and employee transitions. You will assist employees with HR processes and self-service tools, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries submitted via tickets (Jira). Your goal will be to provide timely and effective responses, ensuring clarity and understanding of employee needs while delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
Collaboration with internal teams is essential to maintain high-resolution accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will assess incoming inquiries, manage most cases, and coordinate with specialized teams for complex issues. Additionally, you will play a role in preparing and verifying monthly payroll inputs related to offboarding, leave management, and lifecycle changes across multiple EMEA countries.
