Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administration of salary structures, pay adjustments, and compensation policies.
- Manage health maintenance organization (HMO), insurance, allowances, and employee benefits programs.
- Process and ensure accuracy of contributions and reports for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
- Coordinate with vendors (HMO, insurance providers, government agencies) for timely updates and issue resolution.
- Support payroll processing by validating compensation data, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS related to compensation and benefits.
- Assist in calculating performance bonuses and overseeing salary review cycles.
- Ensure compliance with the Labor Code and internal compensation policies.
- Address employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and government contributions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience as an HR Generalist/Associate or a related role.
- Recent graduates in Human Resources or Psychology are encouraged to apply!
- Familiarity with local employment laws is essential.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
- Availability to work onsite in Makati and Mandaluyong.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
