As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a pivotal strategic partner to operational leaders within the Amazon account and the Critical Solutions business units. Your role will be instrumental in shaping people strategies that bolster safe, compliant, customer-focused, and high-performing facilities management operations across mission-critical sites, data centers, logistics hubs, and secure environments.
In this capacity, you will cultivate trusted relationships at all organizational levels, providing insightful analysis of workforce performance, capability, culture, and emerging people needs in each division or site. You will deliver proactive, solutions-oriented HR support, ensuring that operational delivery is anchored by strong leadership, employee engagement, and compliant HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with operational and business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Facilitate organizational change, transformation, restructuring, and mobilization activities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making, future workforce planning, and operational enhancements.
Employee Relations & Policy
- Oversee complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, absenteeism, capability, retirement, and redundancy.
- Provide coaching to managers on equitable, consistent, and best-practice employee relations management.
Performance, Talent & Development
- Assist leaders in performance management, encompassing development plans and capability enhancement.
- Lead talent management initiatives, succession planning, and internal mobility efforts.
- Collaborate with resourcing teams to support recruitment campaigns and selection processes.
- Drive the implementation of learning and development programs aligned with operational needs.
Engagement & Culture
- Monitor employee satisfaction, identify trends, and collaborate with leaders to boost engagement.
- Foster a positive team culture, values-driven behavior, and inclusive working practices across all sites.
- Champion continuous improvement and support innovation within teams.
People Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze and report on HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
