Your Role as an HR Business Partner
We are on the lookout for a proactive, mid-career HR Business Partner who can adeptly navigate various aspects of the HR function, including recruiting, employee engagement, internal communications, training coordination, and overall employee lifecycle management. You will work closely with our HR leadership team during our transition to Rippling in March, aimed at streamlining workflows, automating processes, and modernizing our employee experience.
As a key contributor within the HR function, you will excel in communication and organization, managing both structured processes and dynamic, cross-functional projects.
