About the Role
In the capacity of an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and problem-solver, adeptly translating business objectives into actionable people strategies within our dynamic, global organization.
Your role will involve collaborating closely with leaders and managers across various regions, assisting them in navigating performance, growth, and organizational challenges where standard solutions may not be readily available.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with business leaders and managers to enhance team effectiveness, manage performance, and guide day-to-day personnel decisions.
Align business objectives with people strategies in areas such as hiring, engagement, performance, and workforce planning.
Facilitate employee relations and performance discussions with sound judgment and practical insights.
Collaborate on workforce planning, headcount analysis, and people data insights with Finance and HR leadership.
Champion talent initiatives including onboarding, career development, internal mobility, and training programs.
Leverage people data and feedback to identify trends, highlight risks, and propose enhancements.
Adapt strategies across diverse geographies and business contexts as needed.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced environment.
Strong foundation in essential HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and talent processes.
Proven ability to provide practical, business-oriented guidance to managers instead of just policy-driven responses.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities and comfort with ambiguity.
Strong communication skills with sound judgment in handling sensitive issues.
