IMAGINE THE FUTURE AT ENVALIOR
As the HR Business Partner in Genk, you will serve as both a strategic and operational partner to the Site Leadership Team, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike. You will align HR initiatives with business objectives to enhance operational excellence, cultivate a high-performance culture, and ensure a safe, engaged, and capable workforce.
Your role will involve ensuring that all HR policies, processes, and practices at the site comply with Envalior standards and local labor laws. This position requires a balanced approach that combines strategic HR leadership with a hands-on presence at the site.
Your Impact:
- Collaborate with the Site Management Team and department leaders to grasp business objectives and operational hurdles, translating these into effective HR solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to line managers regarding all HR-related and labor law issues, including staffing, compensation, organizational changes, and disciplinary matters.
- Develop and implement a site-specific HR agenda that aligns with the site strategy and the global HR framework.
Talent Management & Organizational Development:
- Oversee the site succession planning process and ensure a robust talent pipeline for key roles.
- Lead the annual performance management cycle, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
- Identify learning and development needs, collaborating with the global Talent & Engagement team to enhance leadership capabilities and behaviors aligned with Envalior's values.
Employee Engagement & Envalior Culture:
- Advocate for the Envalior way of working: prioritizing safety, customer focus, collaboration, empowerment, and curiosity.
- Assist the Site Management Team in defining and executing initiatives to uplift employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Spearhead the site employee engagement survey process, facilitating discussions and converting insights into actionable steps.
- Serve as the primary contact for complex employee relations issues.
