As an HR Business Partner, you will:
- Act as a key partner for managers and employees within a designated business area.
- Translate business challenges into talent, development, and employee experience solutions.
- Implement global HR policies and processes while considering local needs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR matters (excluding administrative tasks).
Key Responsibilities
- Support managers in areas such as recruitment, compensation, performance evaluation, development, disciplinary actions, employee relations, investigations, and offboarding.
- Build positive relationships with employees to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate on HR plans and programs that support business strategy.
- Implement global talent and performance management processes (appraisals, talent reviews, succession planning, raises, training plans).
- Participate in recruitment processes and support onboarding.
- Execute global HR projects (leadership, diversity & inclusion, employee value proposition, engagement surveys).
- Support organizational transformations and change management initiatives.
- Promote practices aligned with the Nemera Leadership Model.
- Engage in transformational projects at the business level.
