HR Business Partner (Contract - 6 Months)

Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a vital role in addressing business challenges related to personnel management and delivering effective solutions through collaboration with the HR teams and Centers of Excellence (COE), while aligning with the organization's overarching objectives and values. You will work in close partnership with the HR Business Partnership team, aiding in the efficient implementation of frameworks and strategies.
This position reports directly to the Lead HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Business Partnership team in executing frameworks such as talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, annual salary reviews, headcount management, and employee engagement as directed by the Centre of Excellence (COE).
- Support the Business Partnership team in fostering employee engagement while addressing business challenges.
- Collaborate with relevant COEs to identify business requirements and develop effective solution designs.
- Integrate combined HR solutions and take ownership of HR processes.
- Ensure alignment of priorities within the business planning process.
