HR Generalist

In this comprehensive HR Generalist position, you will play a key role in both strategic discussions and operational HR activities aimed at fostering business development. You will provide HR support to our employees in Sweden and extend assistance to managers across the Nordic region when required.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting leaders with HR-related inquiries.
- Overseeing the payroll process and systems, acting as the primary contact for outsourced payroll services.
- Managing the systematic work environment cycle and participating in the Swedish health and safety committee.
- Facilitating union collaboration in accordance with Semantix's collective bargaining agreement (Tjänstemannaavtalet).
- Conducting risk assessments and engaging in union negotiations with local representatives.
- Leading HR projects at both local and group levels, such as our Nordic HR integration project.
- Collaborating with the HR Manager on salary reviews and equal pay surveys.
- Promoting cultural development and the continuous implementation of the Semantix ethos.
- Handling recruitment activities, including job postings, conducting interviews, collaborating with recruitment partners, and drafting contracts.
- Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintaining and enhancing HR guidelines, instructions, and processes.
- Overseeing HR systems and ensuring the accuracy of HR data.
- Generating HR reports and managing other administrative tasks.
You will report directly to the HR Manager at Semantix in Stockholm and be part of a collaborative HR team that spans the Nordics and Croatia, as well as TransPerfect’s larger international HR team.
