Current Challenges and Future Goals:
You will elevate people-related topics from 'good' to 'business-critical'.
You will partner with various departments as a business partner, develop clear roadmaps, deliver actionable analytics, and ensure that projects not only reach the finish line but also create real impact.
You will serve as a sparring partner for the CEO, Finance, and department leads, and be the right hand to the Head of People & Culture.
Your Support is Needed in the Following Areas:
Business Partnering: Sharpening priorities with leads, moderating trade-offs, and preparing for decision-making
People Strategy & Roadmaps: Establishing and managing focused roadmaps for each department covering recruiting, onboarding, development, performance, capacity, and KPIs
Analytics & Planning: Defining top KPI sets, maintaining a single source of truth, providing a dashboard suite and monthly KPI reads, and leading rolling forecasts in collaboration with Finance
Delivery & Change: Delivering prioritized initiatives with clear scope, milestones, risks, communications, and enablement
Operating Model & Governance: Clarifying RACI, establishing review cadences, documenting and tracking decisions
Executive Readouts: Preparing decision slides with scenarios, cost/impact representation, and clear recommendations
You Bring the Following Experience:
6+ years in People Strategy, HRBP, Organizational Design, People Analytics, or FP&A in growth environments
Proven track record of delivering and scaling 0→1 initiatives, not just conceptualizing
Strong skills in structuring, storytelling, prioritization, and more.
