Role Overview:
As an HR Intern, you will collaborate with the Strategic HR team, assisting in various functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while fostering employee satisfaction. Your strong communication and organizational abilities, alongside a genuine passion for human resources, will set you apart in this dynamic role!
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, including position openings in the Application Tracking System (ATS), job advertisement across platforms, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Engage in onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
