Your Responsibilities
As the backbone of our office operations, you will ensure that both the office and HR processes are impeccably organized. You will adeptly navigate between practical queries (e.g., “Where are the keys?”) and critical matters (e.g., “Is this file compliant with GDPR?”) with confidence.
Office & Facility Management
Maintain a professional, appealing, and well-organized office environment. You will coordinate workspaces, lunches, and supplies, managing vendor relationships effectively. If you spot an area for improvement, you'll take the initiative to fix it.HR Support
Assist in maintaining precise and timely HR administration, oversee employee files, and ensure follow-up on discussions and talent assessments. You will also play a role in employee mobility and benefits management.HR Data Management
Keep HR records updated (including onboarding, offboarding, leave, and absenteeism) and proactively identify discrepancies before they escalate. Your knack for organization will shine here.Onboarding & Employee Experience
Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared for their first days—both practically and personally. You'll also create small cultural moments that enhance the workplace experience.Event Coordination
From team outings to Q-meetings, you will manage the planning, quotes, logistics, and execution of events within established parameters.Health & Compliance
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, support audits (ISO), and ensure HR data is processed meticulously and in accordance with GDPR.
