At Anthony Veder, we are on a mission to redefine the maritime industry through sustainability and innovation. As an HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our HR practices, working alongside a dynamic HR team dedicated to fostering a culture of trust and creativity.
Your Role:
In this essential position, you will manage the entire employee lifecycle administration, ensuring our HR systems and policies are continuously improved. With HiBob as our core HR system, you will lead process optimization and serve as a key user, working closely with our HR Office team and business application analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, employment, offboarding, mobility, and payroll changes.
- Act as the primary user for HiBob—updating workflows, managing tasks, preparing compensation events, and generating reports.
- Keep HR documents and templates current and continuously enhance them.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on various HR matters.
- Support the Corporate Recruiter and HR Business Partner in reporting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding tasks.
