Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR Operations: Assist with daily HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll preparation, and compliance.
- Optimize HR Processes: Help refine and implement scalable and efficient workflows to support our growing international team.
- Be the Bridge: Serve as a liaison between HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth communication.
- Manage Employee Lifecycle Processes: Aid in contract preparation and maintain accurate employee records for compliance.
- Handle HR Documentation & Compliance: Update HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws.
- HR Systems User: Support employee onboarding by managing data in HiBob.
