Role Overview - HR Operations Associate:
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to aid in the expansion of our teams across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. The successful candidate will showcase exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role calls for a dependable and meticulous individual eager to learn and contribute to business growth. A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills are vital. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, including policies and benefits.
- Support the complete employment lifecycle from pre-boarding to offboarding, including the maintenance of HR systems, organization of employee records, and assistance with HR reporting.
- Provide daily HR guidance to employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local labor regulations.
- Collaborate with the KL site lead to cultivate a positive and engaging work environment for the Kuala Lumpur team.
- Assist in the rollout of people programs and initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and other departments to support people-related processes and projects.
