About the Role
We are on the lookout for a process-driven HR Operations professional who is enthusiastic about designing scalable, automated, and data-driven employee services. At Appier, we don’t just execute operations; we constantly innovate and improve them. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys tackling complex challenges and aims to elevate HR tasks into high-quality, standardized workflows.
This role can be based in Singapore, Taiwan, or EMEA. As a vital member of the Employee Experience (HR Ops) team, you will act as our internal expert for Global Mobility and Immigration, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle. Collaborating closely with the team, you will systematically audit and enhance core HR processes—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring compliance, efficiency, and readiness for global expansion.
