As the HR Operations Team Lead, you will spearhead a dedicated team (2–3 members) responsible for ensuring operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes overseeing HR systems, compliance, payroll coordination, and global mobility. Your leadership will be pivotal in enhancing daily HR operations while continuously refining processes to elevate employee experiences.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight to the HR Operations team, driving performance and engagement.
- Manage comprehensive employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring timely and precise execution of HR activities.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes and service quality.
- Oversee HRIS management and maintain accuracy of employee data (records, organizational charts, staff profiles), ensuring effective collaboration with global HR teams.
- Lead updates to HR policies and ensure compliance with Vietnam Labor Law.
- Act as the policy owner, delivering clear guidance on policies and the employee handbook to foster consistent application across the organization.
- Supervise payroll inputs including attendance, leave tracking, and salary computations.
- Manage employment documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and maintain current labor contract records.
- Oversee global mobility for expatriates, managing work permits, visas/TRC, relocation support, and onboarding/offboarding in collaboration with regional and global HR.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including private health insurance and employee assistance programs.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Head of HR.
