This is not your typical administrative HR position. You will serve as a strategic partner to managers and team leaders, contributing to the creation of a high-performing, engaged, and resilient organization.
Your Profile
- Business-Oriented HR Partner: You recognize that HR is pivotal in driving business success, linking decisions about people to outcomes in performance, retention, and growth.
- Performance & Engagement Advocate: You are adept at navigating complex personnel issues, providing candid feedback, and assisting managers in challenging situations.
- Data-Driven and Insightful: You base your decisions on metrics, trends, and signals, transforming HR data into practical recommendations.
- Proactive and Ownership-Focused: You don’t wait for issues to arise; you identify potential risks early and take ownership of solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and performance management to development, retention, and offboarding.
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins to assess engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively addressing risks such as burnout and retention issues.
- Collaborate closely with Department Heads and Team Leads to enhance team dynamics, boost performance, and resolve complex personnel challenges.
- Lead and facilitate initiatives for leadership and team development, fostering strong managerial capabilities.
- Analyze HR metrics and convert data into actionable insights and strategic business recommendations.
- Assist in compensation and performance review processes, ensuring fairness and alignment with business objectives.
- Continuously refine and optimize HR processes, frameworks, and internal policies.
- Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects that support organizational growth and scalability.
Your Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, such as HR Manager or HR People Partner.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proven hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Strong knowledge of performance management and employee motivation principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with managers and employees across all levels.
- Confidence in working with HR data, metrics, and reports to make informed decisions.
