Join our team as an HR Reporting Analyst, playing a crucial role in supporting the Financial Controller with timely and accurate monthly and quarterly HR data reporting, variable pay analysis, and employer of choice data collection.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate comprehensive monthly HR reports, including analysis of personnel movements, FTE actual versus budget, gender headcount, promotions, and internal transfers, ensuring timely data delivery.
- Provide analytical support to senior management for informed HR decision-making.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly analyses on employee retention metrics.
- Lead the quarterly collection of employer of choice data.
- Analyze payroll elements each month with a focus on variable compensation components (e.g., overtime, commissions, bonuses).
- Prepare monthly recruitment data reports, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Create headcount files for financial reporting in monthly management accounts.
- Engage in annual audit projects to ensure a robust control environment for HR and payroll.
- Model and analyze commission schemes.
- Identify and propose solutions for business risks and control issues.
- Assist internal and external auditors in their review processes, proactively addressing control issues raised.
- Support compliance projects as required.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller, HR Reporting Manager, and the broader team.
- Conduct BBBEE data modeling and quarterly reporting on actuals.
