You will engage with advanced language models on subjects like compliance with labor regulations, workplace investigations, onboarding processes, DEI initiatives, training strategies, and cross-border HR policies—documenting challenges to refine the model's reasoning.
On a typical day, you'll interact with the model in both English and French regarding real-world HR scenarios and theoretical inquiries, assess factual accuracy and logical coherence, document reproducible errors, and propose enhancements for our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
A master's degree in human resources, business administration, labor relations, or a related discipline is preferred; certifications such as SHRM or CIPD, fluency in French, and experience in international or bilingual HR operations are highly desirable.
