The HSTC (High Stakes Test Center) Operations Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of our High-Stakes Test Centers (HSTCs).
Reporting to the High Stakes Test Centre Management Team Leader, you will collaborate with partners, manage scheduling, ensure compliance, and provide essential tools and processes for efficient exam delivery. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication are vital for upholding our high-quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating scheduling across the HSTC network, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements.
- Collaborating with the Workforce Management team on the allocation forecast for Speaking Examiners.
- Monitoring HSTC utilization and recommending adjustments or expansions based on demand.
- Managing accurate invoice submissions for HSTCs, verifying exam volumes, and facilitating timely payments.
- Coordinating with internal teams to manage unforeseen events while minimizing impact on candidates and stakeholders.
- Overseeing CCTV monitoring across HSTCs to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
- Handling requests from HSTCs regarding changes in setup or personnel, directing them to the appropriate internal teams.
- Proactively identifying and communicating quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement to relevant teams.
- Conducting visits to High-Stakes Test Centers to assess operations, ensure adherence to company standards, and provide on-site support for continuous improvement.
