Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a highly detail-oriented HubSpot Administrator with comprehensive HubSpot expertise to enhance our sales and marketing workflows, oversee our CRM platforms, and facilitate data-driven decision-making across our organization. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Demand Generation, and Finance teams to guarantee pipeline transparency, precise forecasting, and efficient onboarding of new sales representatives.
This position is vital to equipping our sales, marketing, and customer success teams with the necessary tools, processes, and data to operate effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical administration skills and business process design capabilities, along with a proven track record of translating business needs into scalable CRM workflows and automations.
Responsibilities:
CRM Management & Optimization
- Act as the primary administrator for HubSpot, ensuring data integrity through user management, permissions, roles, security settings, and overall platform configuration. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Oversee lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle stage processes to ensure smooth transitions between marketing and sales.
- Develop, document, and maintain custom fields, objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations across both platforms.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
Reporting, Analytics & Forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM processes align with revenue operations principles, developing and managing reporting essential for marketing, sales, and executive teams — supporting full-funnel visibility, lead lifecycle management, pipeline forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize data to deliver actionable insights and guide advertising strategies across all channels.
Data Integrity & Governance
- Establish and enforce data-quality standards, performing regular audits to uphold data integrity and governance efforts, ensuring clean, reliable, and actionable data in HubSpot.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Finance, and IT to align on priorities, define business requirements, and implement system enhancements.
