Role Overview
As the HubSpot Operations Specialist, you will take ownership of our client's public-facing website, ensuring it operates as an effective platform for lead generation and revenue enhancement. This role merges marketing and technology, collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and lifecycle teams to create a seamless, conversion-oriented web experience.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot CMS Management
Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot CMS Hub
Design, update, and optimize web pages using HubSpot's design tools, custom modules, and HubDB
Create flexible, drag-and-drop templates and modules that empower content teams to launch campaign pages without technical skills
Technical SEO & Performance Monitoring
Oversee site health, focusing on Core Web Vitals, crawl errors, and redirect management
Optimize site architecture for search engines while adhering to brand guidelines
Quality Assurance
Act as the final quality control checkpoint prior to website launch
Ensure all web pages are mobile-responsive, aligned with brand identity, and functional across various browsers
Team Collaboration & Troubleshooting
Work closely with creative teams on design assets, and collaborate with lifecycle teams on forms, pop-ups, and CRM workflows
Investigate and resolve website issues, including layout problems and non-converting forms
