Key Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this position is to collaborate closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to ensure that HR best practices are aligned with business goals. This role will encompass the following areas:
Strategic HR Planning:
- Work with the Head of HR and business leaders to grasp organizational objectives and requirements.
- Analyze and align business needs with functional objectives and HR strategies.
- Facilitate the integration of HR strategies, programs, and initiatives with the overarching business strategy to achieve organizational goals.
- Propose, develop, analyze, and implement HR best practices, workforce trends, and initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Performance Management and Reward:
- Assist senior leadership in establishing and executing a comprehensive performance management system, including objective setting, evaluations, and PIP management.
- Promote organizational design solutions that foster a high-performance culture.
- Advise business leaders on developing measurable performance indicators and improvement strategies.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Support the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, equity, and compliance.
- Engage and educate staff about company HR policies to ensure adherence and understanding.
- Conduct audits of staff compliance and address any gaps by collaborating with relevant departments to uphold HR compliance.
- Ensure that all HR policies, practices, and programs adhere to applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on HR trends and legislation to maintain compliance and best practices.
