Join Our Team as an HR & Admin Specialist!
At Avery Dennison, we are seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Specialist to manage our human resources and administrative functions. This role will primarily focus on ensuring compliance and efficiency across HR operations.
Human Resources Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for local and foreign employees. Ensure thorough preparation, verification, and documentation of all employment papers.
Oversee HR administration for shopfloor and non-exempt workers, including tracking attendance, processing overtime, managing leave, and maintaining personnel records.Facilitate the recruitment and documentation processes for foreign workers by collaborating with recruitment agencies to coordinate arrivals, schedules, transportation, and accommodation.
Manage SKHPPA insurance applications and IG online submissions in accordance with FWCMS requirements, especially before the Calling Visa (VDR) application submission.
Organize and supervise FOMEMA medical examinations at approved clinics, ensuring that they are completed on time and records are updated accordingly.
Oversee the management of foreign worker hostels, including welfare, permit renewals, cancellations, and repatriation while ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Maintain accurate and current HR records for all employees, covering contracts, work permits, insurance, medical reports, and compliance timelines.
Administration & Office Management Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administration tasks, including coordinating facilities, office supplies, housekeeping standards, filing systems, and IT support.
Supervise reception duties, visitor management, incoming calls, mail, parcel handling, courier arrangements, and company events.
Coordinate travel bookings, accommodations, and visitor reception as needed.
