Your Role
As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations. Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing essential HR documents such as employment contracts, work certificates, and amendments. You will ensure that all records are meticulously maintained, assist with payroll information, liaise with external partners, and provide guidance on HR policies. Your expertise will help us maintain compliance with legal requirements and foster a positive employee experience.
In this position, you will:
- Draft and review HR-related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organized physical and digital employee records.
- Collaborate with labor inspections to validate employment contracts.
- Support payroll by providing necessary employee information.
- Communicate with social security administration regarding employee matters.
- Stay updated on HR laws and best practices.
- Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related issues.
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
