Job Description
Take charge of the entire HR operational tasks and oversee the employment life cycle.
Manage absence and leave: overseeing employee leave and attendance efficiently.
Facilitate terminations: ensuring all termination processes are executed correctly and required documentation is submitted to payroll promptly.
Collaborate with the recruitment team and relevant departments to streamline the onboarding process for new hires.
Oversee relocation and transfer processes, including necessary visa applications and payroll transfers.
Address employee and manager inquiries related to rewards, including benefits, pay, bonus schemes, and commissions in accordance with company policies.
Possess a strong understanding of company processes and policies to effectively advise employees and managers.
Ensure employee data is accurately maintained in the HRIS (e.g., Workday) and generate relevant reports.
Ensure changes to employee profiles are accurately reported and submitted to payroll.
Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring proper procedures are followed and keeping communication lines open between managers and employees.
Support the implementation and monitoring of performance evaluation programs.
Provide operational support to HR departments across various locations.
Perform any other duties as assigned by your manager/supervisor that are appropriate for your role.
