The Human Resources Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional administrative support to our Human Resources Department, ensuring smooth daily operations. This position operates within established HR frameworks, adhering to processes, procedures, and standard work instructions defined by the HR Department and relevant legislation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the complete exit process for departing employees, ensuring all procedures are followed, including timely communication with the payroll team and preparation of relevant documentation.
Handle queries related to absences and leaves autonomously, administering employee leave and attendance accurately, and ensuring all necessary documentation reaches the payroll team promptly.
Oversee employee relocations and international transfers with guidance from senior HR staff.
Assist with immigration and work permit visa applications, providing necessary support to employees.
Manage maternity, parental, and paternity leave processes with the support of senior team members.
Be the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, responding effectively to employee questions.
Administer employee benefits such as pension plans, life and medical insurances, and meal cards.
Demonstrate a moderate to high level of autonomy when addressing queries from employees and management.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT TASKS
Provide assistance during the onboarding process, including preparing or requesting employment contracts and other necessary documentation.
Learn and assist with Employee Relation cases as needed.
