JOB OVERVIEW:
Summary: At EPIC, the HR function transcends traditional people management. It involves collaborating closely with business leaders and delivering impactful results that drive organizational growth. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will leverage exceptional interpersonal skills to lead, strategize, and oversee talent policies and initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee engagement and nurturing a vibrant workplace culture by developing and implementing programs throughout the employee lifecycle. The HRBP will ensure our HR initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with overarching business objectives and talent strategies.
This is a HYBRID role - qualified candidates will be expected to work both remotely and in-office.
