As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be instrumental in providing top-tier human resources services throughout our organization. This role involves the daily coordination, administration, and support of various HR initiatives, including the management of Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS), employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Your contributions will help foster an environment of continuous improvement.
About the Position:
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator collaborates with HR Advisors and other internal partners to cultivate an engaged, employee-centric, and high-performing workplace culture. This role prioritizes excellence in service delivery, confidentiality, accuracy, and adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and legal standards. Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Support Across Departments:
- Deliver exceptional administrative and customer service support through various communication channels including in-person, phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Maintain precise and confidential employee records in compliance with all legal, policy, and records management protocols.
- Prepare, process, and manage essential HR documentation, including contracts, recruitment materials, onboarding records, and performance documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HRMS, encompassing employment, compensation, position, performance data, and training compliance.
- Coordinate logistical and communication efforts for recruitment, onboarding, training, employee events, and other departmental activities.
- Administer employee recognition and wellness programs in collaboration with various departments.
- Support operational functions by managing supplies, processing invoices, and assisting with basic administrative tasks.
