Join the HR Department at Altarea to support operational HR managers within their designated areas while providing excellent internal customer service. You will engage in a variety of topics including:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Act as the liaison with the recruitment team to expedite the hiring process, including job definition, candidate pre-qualifications, and collaboration with managers.
- Play an active role in the successful onboarding of new hires (sending onboarding questionnaires and conducting integration interviews).
- Assist candidates with various administrative topics as needed.
- Career Management and Talent Development:
- Oversee the completion of annual and professional interviews, follow up with managers, and perform qualitative analysis.
- Assess training needs and prioritize training initiatives in collaboration with the operational HR manager.
- Track talent reviews and support internal mobility while assisting employees in their professional growth.
- Employee Lifecycle Support:
- Participate in disciplinary actions and departure procedures (document preparation).
- Analyze exit reasons (distributing exit questionnaires and scheduling meetings with affected employees).
- Monitor interns (early departures, contract transitions, replacements, etc.).
- Miscellaneous:
- Assist in updating personnel files (e.g., drafting employment promises and contracts, employee correspondence, various certificates, filing) in collaboration with the payroll department during absences.
- Organize meetings and appointments.
- Engage in internal communication activities to promote corporate culture (internal events, employee spotlights, etc.).
- Update and maintain HR dashboards.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects.
