As we advance our growth in North America, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to enhance our expanding Dallas team and assist new hires throughout the Americas.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As part of our significant growth strategy, Teltonika is augmenting the size of our sales and operational teams in the Dallas office. This expansion includes the introduction of a dedicated HR & Onboarding Specialist responsible for overseeing all aspects of onboarding logistics, HR coordination, compliance, and the integration of new employees.
This position guarantees a seamless and exceptional employee experience from the moment of offer acceptance through the first 90 days, enabling our recruiters and managers to concentrate on hiring, training, and enhancing business performance.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
Onboarding & Employee Integration
- Manage all pre-boarding and onboarding logistics for new employees (workspace preparation, background checks, I-9 verification, IT access, orientation, and training schedules).
- Act as the primary contact for new hires during their initial 90 days, ensuring a smooth integration process.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Sales Leadership to create and maintain onboarding playbooks, ensuring consistency across regions.
- Support early engagement and retention initiatives (new hire surveys, check-ins, and feedback mechanisms).
HR Compliance & Administration
- Oversee HR documentation and ensure adherence to U.S. labor regulations and audit standards.
- Prepare and manage internal company documents.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and policy templates within SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Ensure documentation accuracy for background checks, work authorizations, and internal policies to mitigate compliance risks.
- Oversee sales, supply, insurance, and confidentiality agreements.
HR Coordination & Manager Support
- Serve as the liaison between HR, TA, and management to streamline administrative workflows, ensuring quicker access, preparedness, and consistency.
- Provide reporting support on HR metrics, headcount updates, and compliance activities.
- Assist with offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, asset recovery, and access deactivation.
Culture & Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of HR events and initiatives that promote company culture and employee engagement.
