As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of HR operations, administration, and employee lifecycle support as we expand globally. This is an exciting chance to collaborate with our HR team and contribute to daily activities, improve documentation, and refine processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration & Employee Documentation:
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of employee contracts and documentation, ensuring accuracy in employee data within HRIS and other systems. - Onboarding & Employee Support:
Support onboarding processes and materials preparation, assist with employee benefits administration, and monitor HR tickets for timely resolution. - Process & Knowledge Management:
Help draft and update internal materials, maintain HR knowledge base pages, and create HR document templates. - Reporting & Data:
Assist in preparing HR reports and data summaries.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
