The Role in Brief
We are in search of a seasoned Human Resources Lead with exceptional leadership and team management capabilities. This role demands comprehensive expertise across all HR functions, alongside hands-on experience in liaising with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). The HR Lead will spearhead the HR team, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while aligning HR strategies with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and cultivate the HR team, fostering high performance and ongoing development.
- Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent growth.
- Guarantee full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, SAMA regulations, and internal policies.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) for HR-related audits, documentation, and compliance matters.
- Formulate, implement, and uphold HR policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic HR support and insights to senior management.
- Supervise payroll, compensation, benefits, GOSI, and Saudization (Nitaqat) obligations.
- Address complex employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Lead HR planning, workforce strategy, and succession planning initiatives.
- Support internal and external HR audits and compliance checks.
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR data, systems, and reports.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or supervisory roles.
- Demonstrated experience working with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and requirements.
- Knowledge of SAMA AML requirements and FIU STR procedures is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and Saudization policies.
- Outstanding leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentially.
