Your Responsibilities
As the HR Manager, you will be pivotal in supporting the Scarborough Operations to achieve its operational targets. You will develop, implement, and sustain HR policies and practices that align with our strategic operational and financial goals, while fostering an environment that encourages team engagement and continuous improvement. You will advocate for HR best practices and assist with group HR initiatives as needed.
Desired Qualifications
We seek a seasoned HR professional with 3-5 years in a senior HR capacity, ideally within a dynamic manufacturing context. You should demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, proficiency in managing complex employee relations cases, experience in executing organizational change, and familiarity with Trade Unions in a highly unionized setting. Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing abilities are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
CIPD qualification
Experience in leading large-scale change projects and cultural transformation initiatives
