Human Resources Manager

We invite you to join our dedicated team as a Human Resources Manager.
Your New Role
• You will provide proactive support to management regarding employee relations and performance issues, offering mentoring and coaching as necessary.
• Efficiently manage recruitment across all levels within the hotel.
• Serve as a guardian of staff welfare policies and engage creatively with the team.
• Implement and monitor training plans for the hotel and different departments.
• Oversee payroll and pension systems for hotel staff.
• Ensure that Fourth Hospitality remains updated with personnel details and changes.
• Ensure that the appraisal process is adhered to and that regular reviews of all employees are conducted.
What You Will Need to Succeed
We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in Human Resources within the hospitality or a related industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of UK Employment Law and HR best practices.
Other desirable qualifications include:
• Previous experience as HR Officer, Advisor, or Manager in a luxury 4-5 star hotel.
• A minimum of 3-4 years of HR Generalist experience.
• CIPD qualification is advantageous.
• Experience in recruitment processes.
• A professional yet warm personality.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach, seeking opportunities to enhance the client experience.
• Familiarity with Fourth Hospitality software.
• Understanding of payroll and pensions.
• A flexible attitude.
