As an essential strategic partner, the HR Manager at Datamark, Inc. will oversee all aspects of our human resources functions at the Mumbai office. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing HR policies and initiatives that are in sync with our company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on and implement personnel policies and procedures, including recruitment, retention, employee relations, training, and benefits programs as dictated by corporate guidelines.
- Plan, organize, and manage all departmental activities, contributing to the development of departmental goals and objectives.
- Administer all HR procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Approve site-specific staffing requisitions to meet operational needs.
- Provide guidance to the Site Leader for effective resolution of employment relations issues.
- Investigate accidents, prepare reports for insurance carriers, and coordinate safety meetings as Safety Director for the site.
- Establish and uphold a system for employee reward and recognition.
- Prepare for compliance audits and oversee metrics presentations to corporate officers.
- Manage recruitment, interviewing, testing, selection, placement, background checks, and orientation of new hires while ensuring personnel records comply with legal and corporate standards.
- Administer the Worker’s Compensation program by preparing and filing claims and reports on accidents and injuries, including the light-duty return to work program.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required.
