Join the Forvis Mazars Collaborative Team upon your arrival, a vibrant community of over 200 professionals driven by a strong international dynamic while serving French clients. You will report directly to the Office Director and the HR Director in France, within an engaging and collaborative environment.
After an integration and training phase alongside our local and French teams, you will be invited to take charge of your area through the following responsibilities:
1. Implementation of HR Strategy and France/Morocco Interface
- Adapt and implement locally the HR strategy defined by Forvis Mazars France, except for employer branding topics handled by Forvis Mazars Morocco.
- Maintain a continuous link between the Forvis Mazars Collaborative Team and the headquarters in France.
- Ensure alignment of local HR practices with Forvis Mazars' policies and standards.
2. HR Coordination and Reporting
- Provide reliable and regular reporting of HR indicators (headcount, turnover, performance reviews, training, payroll tracking, etc.) to France.
- Actively participate in cross-functional HR projects initiated by Forvis Mazars France.
- Serve as the operational HR liaison for the Forvis Mazars Collaborative Team regarding all HR topics with France.
3. Management of Local HR Team
- Lead, motivate, and develop the on-site HR team (recruitment, administration, training, etc.).
- Structure the local HR organization to ensure responsiveness, reliability, and quality of service.
4. Recruitment and Talent Management
- Oversee recruitment aligned with local operational needs and expectations from France.
- Support the development of a sourcing strategy suited to a nearshore environment (financial auditors, IT profiles, accountants, support functions, etc.).
- Structure the onboarding process to ensure a consistent employee experience according to desired standards.
5. HR Development and Training
- Implement Forvis Mazars training programs while considering the specific needs of the Moroccan center.
- Monitor competencies and support career development.
- Lead performance evaluation and feedback campaigns.
- Manage reimbursement for training hours with public organizations.
6. Legal Compliance and Administrative Obligations
- Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor law.
- Supervise payroll and social and fiscal declarations with our provider.
- Oversee contracts, personnel administration, and disciplinary procedures.
