Human Resources Manager (OD/TD & HRBP Focus)
In this role, you will spearhead HR initiatives in Singapore, with a balanced emphasis on Organizational Development (OD), Talent Development (TD), and general HR practices. Collaborate with leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to enhance capabilities, improve employee experience, and nurture a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR advice to leaders and execute HR initiatives that effectively align with Singapore's business goals and ensure timely HR service delivery.
- Lead initiatives in OD, TD, and HRBP (including organizational diagnostics, capability enhancement, and succession/leadership development) to align structure and talent with business objectives.
- Develop learning programs and capability pathways tailored to meet employee career aspirations and business needs.
- Collaborate with COEs (Compensation, Talent, etc.) and HRBPs to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Offer timely HR counsel to business and support functions to facilitate sound decision-making regarding personnel and foster a high-performance culture.
- Assist with various HR operations tasks as required.
