Join our vibrant team at singulier as a Human Resources Officer Intern, where you will support our dedicated People & Culture team comprising three professionals (CPO, People Manager, and People Ops Associate). This multifaceted internship will immerse you in various HR challenges, from personnel administration and payroll to onboarding and recruitment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. HR Operations: Employee Life Cycle Management
- Drafting contracts, amendments, and internship agreements.
- Monitoring employee-related processes (e.g., medical visits, leave requests, meal vouchers).
- Assisting in the development and organization of internal and external training programs.
- Entering variable payroll elements for France and the UK (using Payfit).
2. Recruitment and Campus Management
- Creating and posting job advertisements.
- Shortlisting applications.
- Coordinating recruitment processes and conducting pre-qualification interviews.
- Supporting the overall recruitment strategy.
- Campus management: organizing and participating in school forums (as per the defined calendar).
3. Onboarding
- Facilitating the integration of new employees: from offer acceptance to onboarding (welcome pack, announcements, buddy system, integration into HR tools).
- Updating the welcome pack and team directory.
