Join our dynamic Recruitment team at SGS France, consisting of six dedicated professionals under the leadership of Marie, Recruitment Manager. You will be guided by one or two experienced mentors to gain a comprehensive and strategic understanding of recruitment within a corporate setting, working closely with managers and HR teams.
As a Human Resources Recruitment and Project Coordinator Intern (H/F), you will engage in a wide-ranging and strategic role that encompasses recruitment, apprenticeship campaigns, employer branding, and HR administration/social law.
Recruitment & Operational Management
Gather and analyze recruitment needs in collaboration with managers.
Receive and manage requests through SmartRecruiters.
Craft and disseminate compelling job postings that comply with legal obligations.
Conduct active sourcing and assess candidate qualifications.
Lead telephone and in-person interviews.
Prepare reports and assist managers in decision-making.
Oversee the recruitment process until successful onboarding.
Report on recruitment performance indicators (KPI).
Apprenticeship Campaign Management (from recruitment to contracting)
Coordinate needs with managers and HR teams.
Establish relationships with schools and participate in job fairs.
Manage administrative processes for apprenticeship and professionalization contracts.
Contribute to the enhancement of the apprenticeship framework.
Support in Social Law
Monitor recruitment regulations and contract compliance.
Contribute to ensuring legal security in recruitment practices.
Adhere to legal obligations (non-discrimination, GDPR, professional equality).
Ensure contract and HR process compliance.
Employer Branding
Participate in the development of the employer brand.
Contribute to HR communication initiatives (social media, schools, events).
Enhance the candidate experience.
