Join Bosch Home Comfort as an HVAC Account Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by enhancing the development and outreach of our independent distribution partners. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving our sales, margin, and market share objectives as outlined in our strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surpass the DS Parts AOP sales, margin, and market share targets for the DS Parts (Source 1) channel within a designated geographic area.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and nurturing new business opportunities with partners, including independent distributors and factory-owned distribution and service outlets.
- Strategically plan, negotiate, and enhance revenue and profitability, setting performance benchmarks and managing account plans for distributors. Utilize Sales & CRM tools (like Salesforce, Logility, Power BI) to formulate and implement a strategic direction within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with channel partners to devise sales programs that effectively allocate market development funds to achieve sales AOP. Provide monthly product forecasts to support supply chain and production efficiencies.
- Employ the distribution scorecard to set performance expectations for customer principals quarterly and execute necessary performance management activities.
- Work closely with internal teams using a consultative selling approach to assess customer needs, develop support strategies, and implement programs that deliver a comprehensive range of customer service offerings to enhance distributor profitability.
- Act as the primary channel for the Voice of the Customer and other market intelligence to the Ducted Systems Parts Channel management, informing channel sales, operational, and product strategies.
