This includes managing new construction, renovations, upgrades, tenant improvements, and service enhancements. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining project timelines, budgets, resources, and fostering strong customer relations, all to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction and profitable outcomes.
As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to successfully deliver projects within scope and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project coordination efforts, including contract reviews, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project delivery that meets client expectations.
- Facilitate cross-functional teamwork, managing both internal and external stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and clients.
- Track and manage project milestones, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Oversee project deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards and client specifications.
Subcontractor and Resource Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams to supervise subcontractor performance, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of project tasks.
- Negotiate contracts and manage change orders to align resources with project timelines and objectives.
- Support subcontractors in understanding and meeting project expectations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with subcontractors to facilitate seamless project execution.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage project billing processes, cost forecasting, and financial tracking to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Prepare and oversee monthly project revenue and expense reports, adhering to the Schedule of Values (SOV) and AIA billing methods.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to align project expenditures with budgetary goals, making adjustments as necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Oversee the management and upkeep of project documentation including RFIs, submittals, contracts, compliance records, and As-Built documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
