The Hybrid Development Representative (HDR) position serves as a dynamic entry point into our high-achieving sales team, specifically crafted to cultivate the future leaders of our Account Executive team. The Pathway to Success: HDR → Specialized xDR (SDR/BDR/ADR) → Account Executive (AE)
The Timeline to Promotion: 12-18 months, with comprehensive training to become an Account Executive.
A Day in the Life (Responsibilities):
As a Hybrid Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our sales pipeline, focusing on generating and qualifying opportunities that contribute to our growth. Your high-volume outreach efforts will connect with prospective businesses, strategically assessing mutual fit for our comprehensive digital platform, and ensuring our Account Executives receive high-quality leads primed for closure.
- Conduct a minimum of 100 impactful outreach activities daily (including warm/cold calls, emails, and social engagements).
- Facilitate qualification calls to uncover the prospect’s needs and demonstrate how our all-in-one digital platform can support their goals.
- Coordinate meetings for qualified prospects, ensuring a seamless transition to the appropriate Account Executive.
- Master diverse outreach techniques as you prepare for specialization into a Restaurant Sales Development Representative (SDR), Account Development Representative (ADR), or Business Development Representative (BDR) role.
