Job Objectives and Purpose:
The Hygiene Plant Assistant is responsible for executing cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain the warehouses and production zones in a condition that guarantees the safety and quality of products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitation of plant equipment, floors, windows, and storage areas.
2. Sweep, mop, and wash floors as required.
3. Wipe down walls and windows to ensure cleanliness.
4. Clean ceilings to maintain hygiene standards.
5. Clean the exterior of all equipment to uphold operational standards.
6. Maintain cleaning supplies in optimal working condition.
7. Properly dispose of refuse collected during cleaning operations.
8. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety protocols, and safety regulations.
9. Accurately document all cleaning activities in the logs provided.
10. Report any irregularities or issues to the supervisor promptly.
11. Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or manager.
