Role Overview
As the Identity Validation Analyst (Onboarding), you will play a crucial role in managing client onboarding requests through various channels, ensuring seamless integration of customers into Bold's product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate and analyze client documents to identify potential risks or fraudulent activities.
Verify merchant accounts to ensure compliance with established processes and timelines.
Address requests escalated by Sales teams, providing efficient resolutions.
