Join our team as a Direct Sales Representative, where you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic plans for our clients' brands within a specified area. Your primary focus will be on promoting the brand, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position requires building professional relationships with store management, associates, and other merchandising companies to achieve client objectives.
- Engage with local and regional decision makers at assigned client locations to influence sales and buying strategies.
- Transform the client’s vision for each category into actionable plans that benefit both the client and the customers.
- Utilize resources effectively to execute action plans aimed at increasing sales through targeted retail activities.
- Actively participate in-store to identify potential challenges impacting execution and proactively suggest solutions to enhance opportunities.
- Collaborate with store management to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained for sales activities.
- Organize and execute assignments efficiently to meet set objectives.
- Report completed assignments using designated systems on the same day the work is performed.
- Maintain effective communication with store personnel regarding assignments, sales activities, promotions, and client objectives.
- Participate in required training and certification programs.
- Utilize CROSSMARK’S communication tools daily for planning, reporting, and reviewing work.
- Contribute to team and client projects as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Please note that this role may require significant time spent traveling in a vehicle.
- Reliable transportation is necessary to transport required materials for job duties.
